when I install iCloud I get an eror regarding Icloud64.msi

Hey Guys,

I want to sync my iphone/ipad calendar with Outlook 2010.

So i open the icloud in my PC ( Win 7, 64 bit) and see that I can't (it is gray), I get an Message that i need to "Fix" my icloud, so i tried to install icloud again but i receive an error, it's looking for a file in C:\Users\_____\AppData\Local\Temp\IXP861.TMP something regarding" Icloud64.msi",

What can I do?
