Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Hi
I am trying to superimpose scrolling text over a clip. I drop it onto the timeline above the clip and save but it won't render.
Has anyone had a similar problem? Any advice?
I have FCP 5.1.4 and use a Macbook Pro OS X (10.5.8)

What format is the clip and what are your sequence settings/

Look in the Sequence->Render Menus and make sure all render colors have a checkmark beside them. If any didn't, place a check mark by it and then re-render.

Thanks David - for some reason I was trying to render by ticking "needs render" only. The simplest things!
