trackpad gone berserk on mac mini

Yesterday my trackpad got a mind of it's own, it clicks on links or knocks off pages just by moving over or near them and enlarges pages without making it do so. It seems to do it's worst when I play flash based games on Facebook which I do throughout the day rendering them unplayable. I turned off all the features on the trackpad but it still does these things on it's own, and sometimes the cursor will move around without touching it. I tried unparing it and doing setup again but it hasn't helped. I have a 2009 mac mini with Intel chip running OSx 10.8.3
