How do align or center crop ?

I want to zoom in on most of my clips.

However, I'm having difficulty getting the alignment perfect, so the video is smooth.

At the moment clips move as I haven't got them in the correct position.

I can't see how to align or center or event enter positions / size values.

Help ?

Or perhaps I have the wrong approach.

What should I do ?
