I've purchased a movie on my iPad and downloaded them to my laptop, when I went to watch it (bigger screen) it only lets me press on the chapters bonus material etc but not actually press the play movie bit. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong my laptop is authorised I don't know what else to try!

I don't understand how I can watch the movie if I press play the chapters but I can't when I want to just watch play movie. ...... If I press play chapters the movie comes on but then when that chapter has done i have to go back into chapters to play the next set of chapters ..... I just want to watch it from beginning to end.
Start the whole over, and try to get screenshots if you can. Screenshots helps a lot to people who try to help. I had a similar issue, but its been a while since I solved it myself and don't remember much.
