Have a kernel panic and can't star it up on the Safe Mode

Hi. I've restarted my MacBook Pro and get a kernel panic. I've been trying to star it up on the Safe Mode (holding down the Shift key) and nothing happens. It keeps turning off and showing the kernel panic in the middle of the process. How can I start it up? Thanks!
