A friend is trying to load new music onto my ipod and it will not sync to his computer/Itunes account. What is the best option here-resetting to factory settings; restoring the IPod; or how would you clear it completely so it can be synced to his account? I understand that I will loose everything. It is a 3rd generation IPod.
