itune locked disk on windows 8

Hi guys,

I have the full admin rights on my laptop but my itunes suddenly unable to work even i uninstalled and re-installed it.

it shown the error msg that i'm running itunes on a locked disk and i might not have the permission to write on the disk.

I had tried to allowed full control to every folders includes itunes folders, My documents (music,pictures,etc) but yet i cannot solve this issue.

Please help.
