Q: Macmini suddenly lost Internet but connected to router
My Mac mini v10.7.5 stopped working on the Internet over night? Safari doesn't work, AppStore or anything. Downloaded Firefox from separate computer and installed it, says no Internet connection although my computer was connected to my router, all connection setting said connected fine, I could log into my router and see my mac connected. I removed all locations from network connections, made new ones, still no luck. This is through Ethernet . Tried my wifi and that does same. I tried deleting some other files from the library folder which I saw on Internet. Something like preferences plaits or something. I then tried replacing my com.apple.mDNSResponder.plist and ....helper.plist files with working apple ones with no prevail. Now I'm struggling to connect to my router it's giving me a incorrect ip, so I've manually set it but its now failing on Internet and server on the network diagnostics. Which is wasn't before. Hellllllllllp please
Ps my iPad, iPhones, windows laptop all work on the router, so it's not a router problem. I've also took it to another persons network which is working fine and have the same problem.
