Q: My iPhone 5 keeps searching for my hearing aid device. Can I reset the search to see if the iPhone can find the hearing aid? I would like to use Listen Live if possible.

Can I re set the iPhone 5 to look for my hearing device? It searches and doesn't find the clear sounds amplified loop set.

    Hi, to get the iPhone to start searching for the hearing aids, just go into "plane mode" and back to normal. You can turn off Bluetooth and then on again as well.

    To have the hearing aids start a pairing process, just turn each piece off and on again …
