Final Cut Pro 6.0.6 not opening

Hi all

I have been having problems with FCP 6.0.6 where I have just finished a fresh install from 10.6.8 when FCP 6.0.6 opened and work fine, then I upgraded to Mountain Lion and the opening window comes up disappears then closes with it never opening the program. It has worked fine in the past then it just stopped working thinking that a fresh install would solve the problem.

I am running

ML 10.8.3

MacBook Pro 17" Mid 2011

2.2gb Quad-core i7

16gb RAM

256gb crucial SSD
