Alright so just one day I couldn't sync my iPod to my computer to put an app on it and I cannopt download from App Store. My billing info was changed and now I cannot download anything and says Credit Card info was declined. I have tried selecting "none" again but it did not work. Never used a debit card on here. Anyone? Thanks.

To be honest, the best option is to have a postive balance on your account, if you are not using a debit/credit card. This can be solved by visiting a local Apple Store, or any gas station/grocery store and picking up an iTunes Gift Card. Redeeming a $15 iTunes card will allow you to download free apps no problem. Plus the upside is now you have $15 for those rare chances you want to sploodge, and get a 99c app without ads, or for a fun game you always wanted to play, that costs 1.99
I have bought some before it is not like I have not bought any. It was fine 2 days ago and this happens. My balance at the moment is $0.08. Shouldn't be a problem.
Strange, did you recently change billing addresses, or update any info about your card, WITH YOUR BANK? This would also affect Apple's system.
You can try to change account info, and remove all the card information, this simply re-enter the card info to see if this updates it.
