Q: VOICEMAIL SAYS IT IS FULL

Recently, my voicemail is saying it is full. I have deleted the few that I have but it is still claiming to be full. What doi I do?

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.3

Go into your voice mail then click the deleted messages then tap the clear all button.

C'mon now, it's the first thing I did. I am going to call my carrier Verizon tomorrow, I think it must be something on their end.

Only the carrier can assist you with this matter, they have full control over voicemail.
