Q: I needed to restore to factory settings with a back up, but now when i restore, it shows a restore from 5 minutes ago (which has nothing) and not my original back up. Can I go back in history and select a back up time? The pull down menu does not show
HELP.
I needed to retore to factory settings because of 5GB of Other. I saved back ups but after restore, the phone only showed option to retore to phone from 5 minutes previously. Can i retrieve previous backup from computer or iCloud?
