Q: I have several keys on my wireless keyboard that are not responding. I have followed the steps but still nothing

Certain keys on my wireless keyboard are not working. I have tried the suggestions on the website, keyboard settings, mouse settings etc. still it is not working. The keys not functioning are space, backspace, shift, caps lock, enter, tab. Can anyone help with this. The batteries are correct, the charge is100%
