Q: How to show my campus name in iTunes U category named "Universities & Colleges"/"Beyond Campus"/"K-12"?

I'm not sure how to appear my campus to this list. I think our campus should occur in "Universities & Colleges". But all the 3 categories don't include my campus. See,

Is there any setting in PSM? anybody know how?

My campus site provider page is at, https://itunes.apple.com/cn/institution/china-europe-international/id531847224?l =en

and campus name is China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).

Hello, Juana.
I do not believe there is any setting in PSM where you can choose to have your institution's name or initials appear or not appear in Apple iTunes U list of Universities & Colleges. At least in my college's case a few years ago, it was added by iTunes U Editorial. As a PSM admin, i do not remember i did anything to make the institution's name appear in the list.

Have you contacted "iTunes U Public Site Manager Support" at (I am copying and pasting the URL below.)

Thanks a lot for your help, I just sent a request to iTunes U support you provided. It says they will response within 24-48 hours. Hope they will.Thanks again.
