Chrome can't connect on internet: Error 109

When I used Chrome for the very first launch, it works, once!

After that, it cannot connect anymore as if Internet disappeared.

Error 109 (net::ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE): Unable to reach the server.

I'm on Snow Leopard 10.6.8, Chrome version is 26.0.1410.65

Other browsers work fine (Safari and Firefox). So it's not my internet connection.

From what I see on internet a lot of people have had this issue. So it definitely isn't me that's the problem.

I cleared the cache, history, all the usual things people suggest, but nothing works.

What do I do?

And please don't answer me that it's because Chrome can't reach the server...

I know that!

Tks
