ipod stolen do not have acces to serial number

Contact the iTunes store support staff at http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html and also change passwords on any accounts accessed from your stolen iPod.

If you have iCloud and Find My iPhone set up to your Apple ID, you can track it using a different iOS device (running on your Apple ID) or the Find My iPhone app on icloud.com.(running iOS 5 or better)

If unsuccessful:

> Apple will do nothing without a court order

> Reporting a lost or stolen Apple product

> iOS: How to find the serial number, IMEI, MEID, CDN, and ICCID number

also change passwords on any accounts accessed from your stolen iPod.
