My iPhone randomly started making noises during a test. I think it was the Quizlet app. Has this happened to anyone else?

I am not exactly sure if it was Siri or the Quizlet app. (The sound was muffled because it was in my desk.) Has anyone experienced Siri randomly speaking or the Quizlet app vocalizing terms?
