iTunes doesn't recognize iPhone 4

I have tried everything, from uninstalling and re-installing itunes (11.3) again, uninstalling and re-installing the drive, using different cables and usb slots, unable the firewall, but iTunes won't recognise my iPhone 4. It does recognise iPod though. I onlywant to listen to my songs, is it that difficult????

Windows 7.
