After upgrade to Mac OSX 10.8.3, the thunderbolt port doesn't detect one of my monitors.
I have used two port(HDMI and Thunderbolt) to display but it doesn't work after updadate.
Is there any idea?

You say "one of my monitors." Have you tried connecting only one monitor and seeing if that works. The two may be conflicting with each other.
