Nothing, really. Spam has nothing to do with malware. If you want to deal with spam I suggest using SpamSieve 2.9.7 or the junk mail filter of your email client, if it has one.
Helpful Links Regarding Malware Protection
An excellent link to read is Tom Reed's Mac Malware Guide.
Also, visit The XLab FAQs and read Detecting and avoiding malware and spyware.
See these Apple articles:
If you require anti-virus protection I recommend using ClamXav.

I have lion 10.8.3, what can i do to stop malware, trogans, etc
Keep it fully up-to-date. There is currently no known malware that can impact your OS X. Pay attention to any warnings you get and only download files from trusted sites, preferably the AppStore.
i get a ton of spam. If i change mr address an redirect it would that hep?
As others have told you, spam isn't usually malware, but it could be a phishing attack, so be careful to check out any links they contain so that you won't be fooled into entering privacy information to a fake site. Changing your e-mail address will help for awhile, but since your new one will can be easily found in many ways, it will soon be compromised, as well.
Also i have seen a program that asked a question so that only a person was capable of answering it.
That's something used by web site developers. I don't see how that could possibly help with anything you have mentioned here.
