i have a problem with my ipod touch because do not whant to down load any thing the version i have is the old one is there any other way to do it cause I'm get it despered any sugestions?????????

You have a 1G iPod. For apps you need iOS 2 or later. The 1G iPod can only go as high as iOS 3.1.3. There are not that many apps that still work with 3.1.3
