How do I provide Apple with a rescue email in order to change security questions?

I can access iTunes/app store on IPad. Can't access iTunes on iPhone 5 or MAC without answering security questions. Forgot answer to one question (spelling issue). Says I need to get a rescue email to change questions. How to I provide apple with a rescue email????

If you can't use the instructions in that article to change the third question, you need to contact Apple, either through the link in it or by phoning them and asking for the Account Security team.

Both changing the third question and setting up a rescue email require correctly answering the other two.
