Looking for Navigation App with live traffic for 4th generation IPod (no bluetooth or wi-fi)

I have a 4th generation IPod Touch. I'm looking for a navigation app or car kit that offers real time traffic, but does not need wi-fi or bluetooth. I recently starting using a FM Transmitter to listen to the music over the speakers in the car; however, that is causing tons of interference with the live traffic on my Tom Tom GPS. Anyone know of any apps or kits available for this situation? Thanks!
