where is xquartz help?

No help from the Help item on the menubar, and nothing useful in the package contents.


Apple claims it is supporting this product!

iMac (27-inch Mid 2011), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

There's got to be a config file somewhere - it's been 20 yrs since I did a .xconfig file and at that time it was a nasty job. But there's no help, no man pages that i can find for either x11 or xquartz, nothing in Library, nothing in the package contents.
