How to upload my file .xls from my iPad to web server? I use HTML form but ignore in safari. Thank you before to answer.

I will made my iPad to change logsheet letter report in my work. It need Ms. Work Excel to fill the variable equipment. Next, i have php and HTML script to read .xls file and record it to database mysql. It work in PC (Google Chrome web browser). But, the HTML script (form <input type="file">) to upload .xls file is not work in Safari my iPad. Could you helm me for Thio problem? Thank you.
