My ipad wont turn on and can't be charged.It even won't show any battery sign when I hold the wake and home button.I try to reset but nothing happen.Please help me!

Did you try holding both buttons for 30 sec?

The Basic Troubleshooting Steps are:

The last thing i do with my ipad is I update it to IOS 4.3.2 but i forgot to backup i-cloud.Then I left it for one day and when i want to use my ipad it just stay black in color.I also tried to connect it to itune,but it can't read my ipad...

iCloud is not a feature of iOS 4
You need iOS 5 or later.
How?itune can't read my ipad...
