Q: Every time I try to watch purchased movies I get an error message try again. This started a couple weeks ago and exists for my phone and apple tv. What to do?

Every time I try to watch purchased movies I get an error message that says: try again later. I restarted everything I could think of. It is true for my apple tv and iphone where it was working fine a month ago. What could it be?
