Q: Pnly shows 'Set up personal hotspot' not 'personal hotspot'

Even after I paid for the service through Virgin to use my device it still only shows 'Set up personal hotspot' instead of 'personal hotspot'. I was on the phone with VM tech support for well over an hour and they couldn't resolve the issue? They recommended I contact apple. What next?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.4

Unfortunately you need to go back to Virgin as they are the ones that configure the hotspot function on your phone plan. Apple does not do that. See if you can talk to a manager to get this resolved.
