May 18, 2013 8:40 AM in response to Daryl DEby King_Penguin,Are you on a Mac or PC ? If a Mac then downloads normally go into the Downloads folder (e.g. under /Users/username). If you are on a PC (I used to user a PC but I'm now on a Mac, so I'm not 100% sure), then I think that it might depend upon which browser that you are using - if using IE then have you checked to see if there is a 'downloads' directory under your Documents folder, if using Firefox then if go into Tools > Options, then on the General tab it should tell you where they are stored.

May 18, 2013 9:04 AM in response to Daryl DEby King_Penguin,Ok, as you didn't say what you were using in your original post I assumed that you were using a computer. Unless you were able to specify an app to save it to via 'open in' when downloading it then it won't be stored on your phone. The only way to add music to the Music app on a device is via the iTunes store app on it or by syncing from your computer's iTunes - are you able to download them on your computer, add them to your computer's iTunes (File > Add To Library) and then sync them to your phone ?
