cannot connect my macbook to pc via bluetooth

Ok here is the issue.

I have a Macbook and a PC. I have been able to pair the devices via bluetooth. But I cannot connect the devices to browse or send file between them.

This is the only device I have issue with. And that goes for both Macbook and PC vise versa. All othe devices connect to either with no issue. Please help.

Mac OS X Mountain Lion Version 10.8.3

PC= Lenovo Win 7 64-bit OS
