Q: itunes 11.03 crashes on windows XP

itunes 11.03 for windows XP sp3  crashes when syncing with ipod touch running IOS 5.1.1  worked fine before update installed yesterday.  Can not get it not to crash after numerous unintalls, installs, and repairs.  APPLE NEEDS TO FIX THIS!
