i have trying many time to backup my iphone to computer but didn't work after all.
It keep showing disconnected to iphone after running a while. Both my computer and iphone are in latest ios.
I can't even backup iclound into my computer neither, it showed disconnected as above.
Please help to rescure it. Thank you.
