How do you take out a Macbook Pro Retina Laptop Battery?
I use my Macbook 99 % of the time plugged in to a wall socket. I would normally ( on my Dell) just take out my battery and save it for traveling purposes, making sure , of coarse that it has been fully discharged and charged back to its peak performance level.
But with my Macbook Pro Retina Laptop the Battery is not accessable without taking off the back coverplate?
Some discussion on this anyone?
MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)
Simple fact is you can't. It is glued into the top part of the case. Not even apple can take it out without damaging it. So if it ever needs to be replaced you have to replace the top part of the case.
