How do you take out a Macbook Pro Retina Laptop Battery?

How do you take out a Macbook Pro Retina Laptop Battery?

I use my Macbook 99 % of the time plugged in to a wall socket. I would normally ( on my Dell) just take out my battery and save it for traveling purposes, making sure , of coarse that it has been fully discharged and charged back to its peak performance level.

But with my Macbook Pro Retina Laptop the Battery is not accessable without taking off the back coverplate?

Some discussion on this anyone?
