I lost my files that I purchased on iTunes when my computer crashed, do I have to buy them again?

My computer has been crashing lately, to the point where as soon as it finished starting up, it would crash again. The only thing that could be done was the factory reset. It fixed my computer, but I lost files that I purchased on iTunes (the movie Pollock and two episodes of Code Monkeys). Is there any way I can get them back, without having to buy them again? I really hope so, it'd be unfair to have to buy them again, when I have records showing that I bought them. Please help!

iPod classic, Windows 7

OMG, Niel. You're a Godsend. My harddrive crashed on my Macbook Pro (dropped it), and I thought I lost everything, but not only did the cloud have all my songs, it had every song I've ever bought. I had forgotten that I even bought some of those songs (which I lost years ago when my super old iBook bit the dust.) THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
