Can someone help me, i've forgotton my iphone sim pin. And the phone keeps disabling

You need to get the PUK (PIN Unlock Code) from your carrier. Most carriers will let you retrieve it from their web site after you log in.

ok i've got the PUK code from Telstra but its 8 digits and the iphone only allows 4 digits

Did you lock your SIM card by entering the wrong SIM pin 3 or more times?
