"Apple TV can't connect to the server at this time..." Going on for days. I've tried resets, changing my password, network diagnosis, etc... Still no luck. Was working perfect prior. Anyone else stuck like I am?

I had this problem but unplugging the Ethernet then plugging back in worked for me.

Same problem here. Its been like this for the last 2 to 3 weeks. This is definitely an Apple problem and needs much bigger fix than than turning off on, plugging unplugging. Icahn, save us!

I've gone old school and simply unplugged my ATV3 for a couple of minutes.... Then it works again.

For clarity, "works again" means I g aim access to the server and those items I've purchased on iTunes.

Yeah, the unplug/replug is not elegant like Apple's product design, but it works for me beyond 2 songs. It's the only solution I have until Apple rolls out an upgrade.

Hello, I believe I have the same issue your having. How did apple solve it? Can you provide me the steps that they took to get this working again. Is really frustaiting.

"Reset all settings" worked for me.

I started having this same issue yesterday. Unbelievable. This is so annoying. ATV is my primary source of entertainment, as I don't have cable and use Netflix. Apple, fix this!!!

I just had this problem too. Had not updated software. Old school worked for me: unplugged the ATV from power for 5 minutes. Plugged back in that then it worked.

Okay, now what did I do... tried that, unplugged it waited a few minutes, plugged it back in... NOW, it is completely unresponsive. Can't get it to turn on by remote at all. Help.

I was very worried after reading everyone's stories similar to mine. Visions of ATV buyers remorse flew into my mind while reading each posting. But then this. The restart worked. So simple.

I hope you still feel this way after the 50th reset/restart.........it's great while it's working, but......
