backing up my iphone

I accidently restored the backup from my husbands iPhone to my iPhone, now all of my stuff is gone! iTunes is not even recognizing my phone, I'm

afraid to back up to iCloud since my iPad still has my information and I don't want all of his informaiton on my iPad, help?
