my iphone 5 battery is discharging are 5 hours with location services turned off

Hi,

I have noticed that my iphone 5 battery life drains from 100% in no more than 5 hours and this is without using the phone and with location services turned off. Have there been any updates recently that could be affecting this? It might be a matter that the battery needs replacing.
