Q: I cannot use my redeemed itunes gift card to buy another one.

I cannot use my redeemed itunes gift card to buy another one even though i have enough money in my account.It says that i need billing info(i do not have a credit card).

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)
