Thre is no place to insert cim card to my iphone4 , How can I use it?//thanks

Where did you purchase the phone? An iPhone 4 should have a sim card slot, unless it is a CDMA phone from the States, in which case you won't be able to use the phone with a sim card and you won't be able to use the phone at all if you are outside the US.
An iPhone 4 should have a sim card slot at either the top of the phone by the on/off button or on the side on the right.
