I bought an iPhone 5 last month, for starters, i didn't notice that the Power Button was compressed as in its still working but just, it doesn't have the 'button click' feel like a normal iPhone. Recently my friend bought an iPhone too, when i compared our iPhones, i found out that his iPhone's Power Button has a 'pop up' feel where mine is compressed. I'm from Kuala Lumpur and the place i bought it in Johor. Can i know whether can i get a repair or replacement for it? Who should i contact to do so?
Note: i bought it in a small DIGI shop in Johor. And, i heard that iPhones bought in small retail shops cannot be replaced/repair/etc.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.3, White 16GB

Every warranty claim is on a case by case basis. The iPhone's warranty is not a worldwide warranty. If the iPhone is sold officially by Apple in the country where it was purchased and the iPhone was purchased from an official retailer or carrier in that country, you need to return to the official retailer where the iPhone was purchased or make an appointment at an Apple Store there if one is available.
