I forgot my passcode but will I loose all of my photos?
I forgot my passcode and have found out how to restore my iphone 4s but will I loose all of my photos?

Not if you have been syncing your iPhone with iTunes on your computer regularly if you have chosen to include your iPhone's backup on your computer with iTunes, or if you have an iCloud account and are updating your iPhone's backup wirelessly with your iCloud account. If you have an iCloud account with Photo Stream enabled on the iPhone with your iCloud account settings, the photos should be in your iCloud Photo Stream.
