I get playback error messages every time i try to watch ant video on internet

SO i have this problem with Internet videos for example: YouTube, and other sites which contains videos. I have tried to download YouTube app but I still get those error messages "playback error", I am using video downloader pro to download videos, but the problem is that I can't watch them... I don't get this problem when trying to view videos IN my iPod though. I think this problem may caused that I have gave my friend to crack my iPod because before cracking it everything was fine. I havent tried to restore my ipod yet. Is there a way to solve this problem? Please help 😟

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore from backup. See:

iOS: How to back up

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
