I would like to make a purchase on Itunes but can't since I keep answering a security question incorrectly. When I ask for the security question email to be sent. It is sent to an email address I no longer have. I have looked but there seems to be no place to actually change the email. Can somebody assist?

You can only change it by answering 2 of your security questions, so you will need to get them reset first. As you don't have access to your rescue email address then see if the instructions on this user tip helps you get the reset : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551
When you've got them reset you can then update your rescue email address in case you need to use it in the future : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
