I can't use the speaker at all (for music or speaker phone), it won't ring, and I don't get text alerts. It vibrates, just no sound. And yes, I know about the toggle switch. The toggle switch is on, the sound settings are fine, I cleaned out the earphone jack, I turned it off/on several times, and I just updated it. Nothing works. What else can I try?

Thanks for the info, but still nothing is working. One link that I read said if the phone is stuck in headphone mode, when you adjust the volume, it will say Ringer (headphone) on the screen. Mine only says Ringer. So I'm thinking maybe that's not the problem. I'm not sure what else to try.
