Passbook doesn't work

Hi to everyone.

When I open the app, my only option to click is App Store and it says "Cannot connect to iTunes Store".

I tried everything I found on internet and here in the community, but nothing helped me.

I have an iPhone 4S with iOS 6.1.3.
