new laptop... how do i set up itunes .....

I am sure this is a simple problem ...

My old laptop (not an apple) died unable to it turn on.

I have an iPad (the first model) and an iPhone 4.

How do i set up / sync it with my new laptop with out losing my itunes purchases, apps music, pictures etc.

any advice will be appreciated...
