What does not working mean exactly?

If your Wi-fi is greyed out follow this article: TS1559

If your Wi-fi is not connecting to specific networks I would suggest rebooting the router or contacting the network provider. If Wi-Fi is not connecting to any network I would reset the network settings on the iPhone via Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. If the issue persists I would move on to a restore of the iPhone software. As this will erase all of the content on the iPhone I suggest backing up your device via iCloud or iTunes, in which you may want to also import your photos to your computer.

After restoring the device be sure to setup the device as new to test for hardware issues and test the Wi-Fi issues. If the issues continue you have a hardware issue and may need to get the device repaired/replaced at an Apple Retail Store or contact AppleCare at 1-800-692-7753. Hope this helps.

I Kid you not I've been messing with this new phone since Saturday. I just hit reset software and my wifi popped up! I've been trying it at work off and on!
